“The room is big and clean. The staff all are very nice and helpful.”

“Perfect location close to everything. Room is nice and facilities are well. A coffee machine is provided inside the room. ”

“The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were recently updated which was nice, but there are no hooks for towels or any kind of shelving for toilettries inside or outside the shower, there is also a lack of a bathroom outlet and no hair dryers. The room is tight so the clothing storage is very limited. The complimentary coffee and tea tray was lovely but not restocked each day. The location is amazing, it is just down and around from The Temple Bar. The wifi goes in and out all the……

“We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information……

“Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!”

“This place has paper thin walls. I could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hall. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was so small and our comforter had stains on it. The room also had no windows (could be my fault when booking and didn’t notice this detail) but the problem was there was no ventilation. When we took a shower the room turned into a sauna and sort of stayed that way. The AC couldn’t really be changed so it didn’t help the situation. ”

“Modern hotel in a quiet area not too far from Temple Bar. Was able to walk from hotel to everywhere I needed to be in city. Didn't have much interaction with staff but when I did they were polite and helpful. Room was equipped as per normal P.I. specs, with everything working well. Didn't sample the food/drinks so can't comment on this.”

“Rooms are big enough. Breakfast was great. The surrounding neighbourhood is nice and quiet but within reach to city centre. Highly recommended. ”

“The location and external facade were amazing. However, our room was right next to the hotel events centre. With a wedding until 12:30 and a noisy pack up until 2:30, it wasn’t very restful. Additionally, our room was serviced even though we had a sign out not to enter and they automatically checked us out early, even though we hadn’t left the hotel yet or running late.”
