"The locaction was perfect. a very short walk to Stepens Green, Grafton st.(both less than 5 minutes. Trinity college and Temple Bar area about 10 minutes through very nice parts of the city. Hotel itself was in excellent condition. staff was very efficient. there is a restaurant and a bar. (we did not use them but they both seemed nice. We utilized a little breakfast cart in the lobby which had wonderful croissants, muffins, and other pastries. The same cart also had coffee. there are restaurants, pubs, cafes. convenience stores all within a 5 minute walk. The Hotel itself is very quiet. we slept very well!!"

"The staff at this hotel were beyond exceptional. When we arrived, they were beyond apologetic that the room we booked that had a particular view had maintenance issues and they needed to move us. We assured them this was no issue for us at all, but the manager so kindly offered us to have dinner in the restaurant for the inconvenience. We had a very long day of travel and were so thankful for the offer. The staff were so friendly and we had the most amazing dinner. The room was absolutely beautiful and we still had a lovely view of the courtyard area. The only issue we had was with the temperature adjustment in the shower. Otherwise it was absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again when in Dublin."

"I traveled with my husband to Dublin for the first time. We were worried of how this hotel location would work for us. However, this hotel was the best choice we ever made. It’s clean, the staff was very friendly and the best of all, it’s within walking distance to everything in the city! Plus, The Airport Shuttle Dublin Express has a stop right across the street from the hotel, only cost 10Euros per person each way. To be safe, I purchased the tickets to return to the airport ahead of time at a Tourism Office in the city but, that was not necessary because, you can pay at the door with credit card. Our trip was awesome!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. While room cleaning was done daily, the bedsheets were not changed and on a few occasions we observed that the same towels were folded and kept back.
